Compliance Details

This option is used to maintain or add any compulsory and/or non-compulsory compliance information.

Prerequisites

  • Event Codes and Status Codes need to be added before Compliance Details can be added.

Field Information

ClosedCompulsory Events
ClosedEvent

This field displays a code of up to four-character which represents the Event.

ClosedStatus

This displays the details the status of the event

ClosedEvent Date

This displays the date of the event

ClosedExpiry Date

This displays the expiry date of the event

ClosedCompliance Comment

This displays the additional comments about the compliance event.

ClosedOptional Events

This displays events that need to be recorded for an External Person can be entered in this section. This functionality is identical to the Compulsory events.
